This process has been informed and shaped by data in a variety of forms. Initially with our Community Mapping process, which is conducted every five years. From that grew a series of activities and reports shared here in the hopes of supporting our partners in their efforts with data collection and grant writing.
Our ultimate vision is to move to a regional shared needs assessment for health and human service organizations.
